Job Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations at peat production sites.

This includes supervising harvesting activities, managing personnel, coordinating maintenance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, managing budgets, monitoring inventory and harvesting performance, and providing on-site training to staff.

The role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across all sites.
