Position: Talent Acquisition Partner Location: 100% Remote (must be based Quebec province)Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 + bonus+ Comprehensive benefits, RRSP About the RoleOur client, a leading fast-growing organization in the animal health sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and elevate recruitment efforts across Quebec province. This role goes beyond filling roles — it's about building long-term talent strategies, influencing key hiring decisions, and shaping the growth of a rapidly expanding organization.Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end recruitment for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across Quebec.- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and market insights.- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top passive talent.- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship-building.- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.- Support international recruitment, including visa processes and onboarding.Qualifications:- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership and influencing hiring decisions.- Strong sourcing expertise, including experience with passive talent engagement.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.- Availability for occasional travel across Quebec province.
