Job Description

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician-Off Road Certification for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting ASAP. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 / 7 schedule, camp accommodations, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification-Off Road required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician.
• Must have HET experience on a haul truck 793+
• Large off-highway Caterpillar, Liebherr, Komatsu or Hitachi mining equipment experience.
• Oil Sands or sizeable open pit mining equipment experience.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements :

CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
