Currently Hiring : Janitorial Operations Specialist

Location : Head Office in Chilliwack

Hours : Full-Time | Monday-Friday

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years leadership / management experience : coaching, motivating, developing and leading a team
• Scheduling experience with the ability to pivot and adapt
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Intermediate knowledge and experience working with and creating excel spreadsheets
• Administrative, reporting and logistical skills
• Flexibility in schedule for weekly and occasional after-hours meetings
• Commercial janitorial knowledge and experience is an asset
• High school diploma and some post-secondary education preferred

$50,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience
