Are you a confident leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in maintaining safety and professionalism? Paladin Security is looking for a Healthcare Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple healthcare facilities in Yarmouth, Digby, and Shelburne.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors while supporting and mentoring your on-site security teams.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support daily security operations across designated healthcare sites
• Mentor and guide security personnel to uphold Paladin’s standards of service and professionalism
• Respond to emergencies and incidents with a calm, proactive approach
• Conduct audits on reports, log sheets, and schedules to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with the Client Service Manager and healthcare leadership
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and payroll accuracy
• Oversee access control, key management, and security procedures
• Foster positive relationships with hospital staff and visitors
• Support policy implementation, training, and staff development
