Our Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant is accountable for :

  • Acting as the liaison between hiring managers and staffing agency partners to fill contract / contingent workforce positions at our Oil & Gas client.
  • Managing the full cycle recruitment process for a specified client group within Fieldglass including assessing business needs, working with staffing agencies, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, providing feedback and onboarding workers.
  • Using program data and insights to provide consultation on all things contingent workforce related such as recruitment best practices, bill rates, employment legislation and company policy.
  • Proactively identifying service delivery issues and providing appropriate and timely solutions. Working with Suppliers and IT teams to resolve daily operational issues or escalate as appropriate.

Essential Skills :

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years recruiting, staffing or MSP / Vendor Management experience.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management tools, ideally Fieldglass.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment, interacting with hiring managers, conducting intake calls, reviewing resumes, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to develop client / supplier relationships and drive change.
  • Innate ability to know what needs to be done and proactively juggle competing high-priority items while following processes with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Technologically savvy with experience using MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerBI, ServiceNow.
