Job description
A client in the distribution sector is seeking a Customer Service Agent for technical support in Stellarton, Nova Scotia. This long-term temporary role involves responding to store calls, processing orders, and providing user support. Candidates should have a DEC in administration and 2-4 years of customer service experience, ideally in retail. Excellent communication skills in English and strong knowledge of Excel are required. The position offers a salary of $25–$30 / hour with a flexible hybrid work model after training.
