About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to take full leadership of the culinary operations, driving innovation and excellence in Retro Classic European cuisine. Reporting directly to the General Manager, some of your responsibilitiesCurt include :

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing kitchen team
• Ensuring adherence to food safety, hygiene, and OH&S compliance standards
• Designing and leading the execution of a European‑inspired culinary vision across all dining outlets
• Implementing quality control measures to uphold consistent food excellence and presentation
• Overseeing all kitchen operations includingгь food preparation, service, cost control, and staff management
