Salary : $17.50-$27.00 per hr

FVCL is a rapidly growing medical ophthalmology clinic specializing in eye disease and surgeries with advanced technology. We have nationally-recognized team of ophthalmologists with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of ocular services including MSP covered exams and surgeries, as well as private lens surgeries and LASIK.

We are looking for an efficient, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our dynamic and growing ophthalmic clinic and surgical centre in our Cataract and Refractive department as an administrator and counsellor.

• Counseling patients regrading different options for cataract and refractive surgery
• Unpacking and putting away inventory
• Responsible for surgical inventory ordering
• Any paperwork passed down by the lead
• Compiling monthly KPI reports from weekly barometers
• Calling refractive and cataract surgery patients
• Surgical slating and creating patient surgical charts
• General admin duties : scanning, filing, photocopying, etc.
• Other duties as required
• Mandarin language skills would be a valuable asset.
