Responsibilities

• Develop personalized training programs for clients to achieve fitness goals.
• Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive success.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Utilize performance metrics to track client success and program effectiveness.
• Provide motivational support to clients to enhance their performance.
• Provide feedback to clients on their performance and areas for improvement.
• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate client capabilities.
• Promote a positive and encouraging environment for all clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
• Organize and lead group fitness classes to engage clients.

• Proven experience in developing personalized fitness programs for diverse clients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

• Experience in monitoring client progress and adapting training plans effectively.
