As we continue to grow were looking for a Construction Estimator with a focus on commercial Cladding to join our Cladding Estimating Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment and wants to contribute to meaningful high-impact projects.

What Youll Do :

• Review and analyze blueprints specifications and roofing project proposals
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing projects including labour materials equipment and permits
• Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials labour and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids quotations schematic drawings and specifications
• Perform site visits to gather information and details necessary for accurate estimates
• Negotiate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Advise on tendering procedures examine and analyze tenders recommend tender awards and conduct negotiations
• Establish and maintain tendering process and set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit quotation proposals to clients
• Coordinate with project managers and sales teams to understand project requirements and timelines
• Track and adjust cost estimates based on project changes and updates
• Stay updated on industry trends material costs and competitor pricing
