Youre the operator who installs discipline, eliminates variance, and scales performancefast. The Dunn Group is hiring aSenior Facilities, Warehouse & Logistics Manager to own scaled multisite operations, enforce hard standards, and build leaders who deliver.

The Mandate

Own warehousing, facilities, fleet, and inventory control across multiple locations. Implement and enforce SOPs, drive zerovariance execution, and deliver measurable results at scale.

Reporting line : President
Span of control : Leads [5] location managers / [6] associates across [10] sites.

What You Will Lead & Deliver

Standardize & enforce SOPs, workflows, audit cadence, and performance dashboards across all sites.

Facilities : Reliability, readiness, vendor control, and cost discipline.

Fleet : PM rigor, compliance, and uptime 98% with telematicsdriven accountability.

Inventory controls : Min / Max, cycle counts, demand signalsaccuracy 99.3%.

People & leadership : Develop supervisors; set expectations; run monthly performance reviews tied to scorecards.

Safety : Lead WorkSafeBCaligned programs; run inspections / JHSC; close all corrective actions on time.

Change execution : Deliver rapid improvements on tight timelines with clean metrics handoffs.

12Month Targets

Inventory integrity 99.9%; fleet uptime 98%; FTC 99%; safety audit score 95.

What You Bring

7+ years leading multisite logistics / warehouse / facilities operations.

Track record implementing and enforcing SOPs at scale.

Datadriven decisionmaking.

Health & Safety leadership in BC (JHSC, audits, corrective action)

Preferred : Lean / 6 Green Belt; multi-location project rollout experience

Compensation

Base Salary : $115,000 $130,000 CAD

Performance Bonus : 1020% target, tied to operational KPIs

Total Compensation Potential : $125,000 $155,000 CAD
