Marine Operations Supervisor

Brown’s Bay Resort and Marina is seeking a dependable, hands-on  Marina Operations Supervisor to oversee daily marina operations and support a safe, efficient, and welcoming waterfront environment. This role is well suited to an experienced marine professional with strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and a commitment to guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marina operations, including docks, moorage, fuel dock, and waterfront facilities
• Ensure safe vessel movement, proper mooring practices, and compliance with marina safety standards
• Supervise, train, and schedule marina staff; provide on-site leadership and direction
• Assist guests with docking, moorage, fueling, and marina-related inquiries
• Monitor weather and marine conditions and respond appropriately to changing conditions
• Conduct regular dock inspections and coordinate minor repairs and maintenance
• Enforce marina policies professionally and consistently
• Coordinate with resort management, maintenance, and front desk teams
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate operational records, incident reports, and daily logs
