About the Opportunity
The Clinical Therapist is a member of the Adult Service team in Mental Health and Addictions. Reporting to the Manager, the Clinical Therapist provides assessment and planning, treatment and intervention, and crisis management for clients. The Clinical Therapist carries out the general duties of the Adult Service team but in addition to those duties, participates in quality initiatives in the program of care, engages in collaborative person-centred care, and utilizes available information technology to support best practice. The Clinical Therapist receives and provides supervision and mentorship as part of a community of practice. It is an expectation that the Clinical Therapist will act in a professional and ethical manner, following all recognized codes of ethics, standards, legislation, and guidelines relevant to clinical practice and profession. They will convey respect and a solid understanding of subtle and complex diversity and inclusion issues as they relate to specific groups.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following :
Two years licensed related clinical experience (including assessment and planning, treatment and intervention and discharge planning) is required. If not available, candidates with less than two years’ of licensed experience may be considered for the selection process. If offered employment, they will be placed on the Clinical Therapist (Dev) HTH scale

Clinical Therapist
$42.21 - $58.30 Hourly
Clinical Therapist (Developmental)
$37.64 - $49.93 Hourly
