Cleaner

We are looking for a Cleaner to join our Residential team in St. John's, NL. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be critical to our delivery of world-class customer service in our buildings that depict pride of ownership and respect for our residents. While following our Health and Safety precautions, our cleaners clean vacant suites, as well as provide regular cleaning of common areas of buildings thus allowing us to deliver on our promises to our residents to have a safe and clean home in which to live.

Responsibilities :

• Cleaning common areas, guest rooms, vacant and renovated suites
• Cleaning includes but is not limited to : dusting vacuuming and steam cleaning carpets and area rugs linen change disinfecting & polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances washing walls, windows, window coverings and ceilings cleaning cupboards and cabinets
• Maintaining a trash and debris free environment
• Removal of snow off walkways and common areas where applicable
• May include carpet cleaning using industrial cleaners or chemical treatments
• May be part of an on-call rotation
• Other duties relating to upkeep of buildings as assigned
