IT Manager (Hybrid)

A career as an IT delivery director within the Delivery TI – AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as a technology delivery leader, responsible for orchestrating innovative initiatives in artificial intelligence and information technologies. Your role

• Participate in the planning, execution and continuous improvement of initiatives, projects and platform upgrades.
• Ensure the performance, maintainability and technological compliance of the applications under your responsibility.
• Support and guide team members in their professional development and career progression.
• Oversee design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance practices, ensuring they align with approved budgets and timelines.
• Influence technical orientations by challenging architecture, testing strategies, delivery practices and solution evolution.
• Collaborate in developing the annual program of initiatives, projects and maintenance activities in partnership with the application portfolio manager.

Within the Delivery TI – AI Factory sector, you are part of a large multidisciplinary team and report to the senior director. Prerequisites

• Significant experience managing multidisciplinary and agile technical teams.
• Experience in managing technology projects and delivering products.
• Strong understanding of the lifecycle of an IT asset portfolio, including availability, operational support and related budgets.
• Experience managing or delivering artificial intelligence solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple internal partners in a context of technological evolution.
