• This is a Direct Hire Position

Our client works in the automotive manufacturer sector and is currently seeking a Stamping Division Engineering Specialist to take responsibility for maintaining plant programs related to the Transfer Presses, Blanking Presses, Hot Stamping robotic Transfer Presses, 5 axil Laser Cutting Cells, and Real Time Monitoring System. These programs include Support for repair, managing new projects and equipment from the design, procurement and installation to production phases ensuring maximum production, quantity, and quality.

The Engineering Specialist will drive efficiencies, challenge the status quo while introducing and testing alternative methods to improve productivity, efficiency and continuous manufacturing advancement. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where they are self-motivated and appreciate the autonomy and ownership of the Transfer Presses, Blanking Presses and Hot stamping robotic transfer Presses and Laser cutting cells, from end to end.
