Job description

The successful candidate will require high level, advanced technical skills in :

  • Windows Server Technologies
  • Service and management of Windows and Apple devices
  • Network Administration
  • Candidates with experience in web development using HTML, Java and wordpress will be highly regarded for this position.

The following attributes will be highly regarded :

  • Relevant experience in an educational setting, along with knowledge of wireless deployment and Department initiatives.
  • Previous experience with planning, deployment and management of 1 to 1 user / devices in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan and run ICT professional development sessions and work collaboratively with the Schools’ ICT Management.

    • Personal attributes :

  • Motivated, self-starter - able to work autonomously, or as part of a team as the work dictates.
  • Resourceful - able to find and research information to derive appropriate solutions to problems.
  • A good communicator - able to clearly communicate using appropriate language to accomodate the stakeholder.
  • Ability to troubleshoot through systematic processes of observation and elimination.

    • Additional Information :

  • A valid Working with Children Check is required to accept the Letter of Offer for the successful candidate.
  • All candidates submitted must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the start date in the Letter of Offer.
