As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Waterloo !

What you’ll do

• Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.

• Prepare payment runs and related reports.

• Review and reconcile vendor statements.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve questions or discrepancies.

• Work with internal teams to research and resolve account issues.

• Support audit preparation and documentation.

• Help streamline and improve AP processes.

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.

• Respond professionally to internal and external requests.

• Support general accounting tasks as needed.

What you need

• Strong accuracy, organization, and communication skills — required.

• Ability to handle high volumes of data with attention to detail — required.

• Experience with AP processes and basic accounting procedures — required.

• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and accounting/ERP systems (SAP an advantage).

• Professional, ethical approach to handling financial information — required.

• Minimum 2 years of AP experience — required.

• High school diploma — required.

• Additional accounting coursework or certification — advantage.

Salary Range:

$41,900.00-$55,800.000
