Compensation: $28.50 to $33.00 hourly

• 5+ years experience as a Sr. Accountant
• 3+ years in Account analysis
• Analyze the books going back to 2014
• Ensure all A/R and A/P invoices are entered correctly, processed, journalized and posted
• Identify if there are any outstanding invoices that need to be paid out or collected on
• Full Cycle Accounting knowledge
• Review subledgers (A/R, A/P, Payroll, Etc)
• Journalize missing entries
• Post to the G/L
• Reconcile the G/L
• Experience working with a back log is required
• HST calculation and Reconcilation
• Month-end, Year-end Closing activities
• Financial Statements, balance sheets and trial balance analysis and potential preparation
• Bank and Account reconciliation
• Intermediate to advanced excel required for analysis
• Spreadsheets
• Formulas
• Pivot tables
• V-look ups
• QuickBooks Desktop required
• Setting up new vendors/clients
• Journalizing and posting to the G/L
• Reconciling the accounts and G/L
• Vendor Reconcilation as well
• Debit and credit notes if applicable
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge required
