Coordinator, Neuroscience

We have an opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Neuroscience this role you will provide administrative financial and project assistance to the Business Unit Head Migraine and the Migraine commercial addition you will oversee other general tasks for the smooth running of the department as well as providing support to the Migraine sales force team. This position is based in Montreal (Saint-Laurent) and reports to the Business Unit Head Migraine.

Key responsibilities :

• Support the Business Unit Head and commercial team with managing calendars coordination of meetings and other general administrative work.
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enable higher performance across the business unit.
• Support working group members for sales meetings advisory boards brand teams.
• Manage and prioritize the information flow from all internal and external customers.
• Manage the budget following purchasing and requisition procedures for SAP and Icertis (i.e. payment requisition purchase orders etc.)
• Create the development and processing of contracts.
• Ensure the compliance of projects follows the applicable AbbVie policies and procedures.
• Coordinate new employee office set-ups and on-boarding as needed.
• Provide back-up support to higher-level management leaders as needed.
• Maintain an ongoing commitment to learning and personal development.

Qualifications :

Education / Experience required :

SAP understanding and working ability (Icertis preferred) is a plus.
