Job Description

Compensation & Schedule

✅ Competitive wages: $21.43 to $21.96/hour
Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Enjoy three-day weekends every week!

️ Your Role

As a Production Labourer, you play a critical role in keeping our operations running efficiently and ensuring our products meet Techo-Bloc’s quality standards ✅.

You will:

Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency

Remove defective products and replace them with approved pieces

Sort, pack, wrap, and prepare products for shipment

️ Transport raw materials and finished goods manually or with equipment

⚙️ Assist machine operators with daily production tasks

Clean machines and maintain safe, organized work areas

️ Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly
Able to remain focused and productive during long shifts

A team player with a strong work ethic and hands-on mindset
