Class 2 Red Seal Gas Fitter Lead

Our client, an industry leader in gas fitting and appliance installation, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 2 Red Seal Gas Fitter Lead to join their team. As a Class 2 Red Seal Gas Fitter Lead, you will be an integral part of the service and installation department, supporting a team committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Class 2 Red Seal Gas Fitter Lead

Location : Dartmouth, NS or ability to relocate to Nova Scotia

Pay Range : Based on Experience and Certification

Shift : Monday to Friday, OT may be required

What's the Job?

Lead and oversee gas fitting service and installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Install and service propane and natural gas appliances, including fireplaces and stoves.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Maintain detailed records of work performed and ensure all work adheres to industry standards.

What's Needed?

Valid Class 2 Red Seal Gas Fitter certification.

Proven experience in gas fitting, installation, and servicing of gas appliances.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Willingness to relocate to Nova Scotia from other provinces

Commitment to safety and quality standards in all work performed.
