In this critical role, you will be instrumental in developing, optimizing, and supporting our enterprise-wide Linux server infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to system administration. This position will be located in beautiful Quesnel, BC.

• Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux server environments across the organization
• Enhance system security posture through regular audits, patch management, and hardening practices
• Optimize server performance, reliability, and scalability to meet business requirements
• Proactively monitor systems and respond to alerts, preventing potential issues before they impact operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support back-end infrastructure initiatives
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and operational procedures
• Provide technical leadership and support to junior team members and other departments
