We are seeking a Consultant / Functional Analyst with expertise in Sophis and Fusion Invest solutions to strengthen our project teams. You will work on high-value missions such as software integration, migrations, and ongoing maintenance for a high-level financial clientele in Montreal, Canada.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze functional needs from Front Office, Middle Office, or Risk users.
• Configure and parameterize Sophis and/or Fusion Invest software according to business needs.
• Participate in testing phases, functional testing, and deployment.
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support.
• Draft functional documentation and training materials.
• Work closely with technical, IT, and business teams.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Master’s degree in computer science, financial markets, or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and curiosity.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, customer service orientation.

Skills

• Proven experience with Sophis and/or Fusion Invest.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments: derivatives, fixed income, equities, structured products.
• Understanding of market environments and asset management or investment banking issues.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, VBA, etc.).
• Experience in international contexts.
• Knowledge of related tools (Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).
