The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to oversee the operations of two closed door pharmacy locations that focus on providing specialty pharmaceutical products and services. The locations are NOT retail pharmacies and patient counselling is generally conducted using virtual platforms.
This is a full time, MATERNITY LEAVE contract position that will commence January 2024, with an engagement period of 12-18 months. Should you the management team be impressed with your performance, and you exhibit a desire to join the organization, there is a very strong chance they will make a permanent offer, as they are an organization that continues to grow. Position Description
Avoid evening and weekend shifts! If you desire a new job with a better work-life balance, this position is perfect for you. Unlike retail pharmacies, this role as a Pharmacy Manager ensures Monday to Friday daytime hours. You will be the Designated Manager for one location, while also managing a Remote Dispensing location in a clinic a setting. In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
