Instructional Designer

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to join our client's team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences and develop innovative training materials tailored to meet organizational needs. Using your expertise in instructional design and e-learning tools, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver impactful educational content.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop interactive learning solutions using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized content.
• Develop storyboards and scripts to guide the creation of e-learning modules and other educational materials.
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure training materials are effective, engaging, and learner-focused.
• Create web-based applications and interactive content to support online learning initiatives.
• Review and update existing training programs to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Ensure all training materials are user-friendly and accessible to diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
• Conduct research to stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in instructional design.
• Proven experience in instructional design, including creating e-learning modules and interactive content.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to develop tailored learning solutions.
• Solid understanding of storyboarding techniques and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience in creating web-based applications and interactive learning tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for online learning.
• Ability to stay updated on new trends and technologies in instructional design.
