Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in science or another relevant field. Membership in a professional order (OIQ, OGQ, or similar). Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in geo-environment and natural environments. Experience in business development and sales. Good knowledge of environmental laws and regulations for Quebec and Canada. Valid driver’s license for travel to clients and our various business locations. Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and oral. Experience with ISO processes (an asset). Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in teamwork. Dedicated and transparent team player. Rigor, structure, and very high autonomy. ASP Construction card for construction sites. Cell phone package reimbursement. Annual allowance in the Nvira Store. Flexible and hybrid work schedule. Additional days off during the holiday season. Possibility of finishing at noon on Fridays.

Nvira is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and passionate expert ready to engage in a stimulating and innovative adventure! Our Environment business line is seeking a Technical Director to elevate our environmental business unit to new heights.
The responsibilities of this role include :
- Ensure technical oversight and quality control of deliverables submitted to clients by the team.
- Train team members (new and existing) on technical aspects.
- Collaborate with current leaders to ensure sound technical management and contribute technically to projects.
- Work closely with internal partners to improve production process efficiency and quality through the creation of technical training, manuals, etc.
- Ensure all practices and processes comply with current regulations and standards.
- Take charge of complex projects or provide support to the unit as needed, and mentor experts requesting guidance.
- Participate in reviewing deliverables to identify mentoring opportunities, process improvements, quality audits, and ensure timely delivery.
