Site Superintendent at DC&F Corp. - Cornwall project

DC&F is a dynamic, full-service construction management firm located in North York, serving all of

Ontario. We specialize in mid-rise multi-residential construction and ICI public procurement projects,

with our project range spanning from affordable housing to various commercial and institutional

developments. Our projects typically range from $10 million to $80 million in value. Additionally, DC&F

handles mid to large-scale renovations for diverse commercial applications, including medical offices,

sales centers, office spaces, and other commercial fit-up projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Site Superintendent to join our team. We’re

looking for a strong Superintendent who can lead a small team of on site staff and various

subcontractors through project initialization, complete construction process and project closeout. This

position will involve managing approximately 1-4 direct labourers working under the Site

Superintendent as well as dozens of subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage overall site control and ensure construction activities are on schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Maintain comprehensive project logs and ensure compliance with all health and safety

regulations.
