This role involves processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining schedules, handling invoicing and payments, and supporting marketing and administrative tasks. Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email

• Process all incoming orders and ensure they reach the correct departments
• Order raw materials from vendors and maintain accurate schedules
• Use Simply Accounting to invoice orders and post payments
• Assist with designing and distributing monthly marketing materials
• Perform bank deposits
• Back up computer and server systems as required
