Job Title : Application Support Analyst
Location : Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

- Position Overview : This position is for a Level 3 support role with global responsibility.
- Role Type : Application support on infrastructure support—Engineer role not a developer role.
- Experience Required : 5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities :
Day-to-day handling of incidents, escalations, and problem and change management.Application server administration.Technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents.Server and application deployments and task automation.Availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.Required Skills :
Experience in troubleshooting server and infrastructure applications.Strong UNIX / Linux knowledge, including understanding application, hardware, and operating system interactions.Strong system administration experience.Strong experience in Unix Shell.Knowledge and experience with either Perl or Python programming.Knowledge of HTTP, SQL, Databases.Handling of escalations, change, incident and problem management.Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Knowledge of SDLC.Desired Skills :
Experience in supporting desktop applications.Knowledge and experience in storage systems (SAN, NAS).Experience working with relational databases (Sybase, DB2, MSSQL..).DevOps knowledge.Agile knowledge.Python, Bash, Perl, Powershell scripting.Cloud database knowledge : Snowflake, AZURE SQL.Company Overview :
