What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll play an essential role in providing best-in-class service to our clients while supporting the ongoing growth of our brokerage. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and care

  • Collaborating daily with underwriters and maintaining strong partnerships

  • Reviewing property appraisal reports and identifying recommendations

  • Managing e-docs and renewal lists efficiently

  • Handling policy renewals, remarketing accounts as needed, and processing endorsements

  • Managing outstanding payments and updating client banking information

  • Quoting and processing policy changes through CQ and company portals

  • Supporting Account Executives with renewals, new business, and policy changes

  • Using sound judgment and problem-solving skills when assessing risk or resolving issues

What You Bring

  • RIBO License in good standing (required)

  • 1–2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Account Manager, CSR, or TSR role)

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry practices

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC, ARS

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
