To support its administrative department, the company is seeking an Accounting Clerk who will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations within a structured and dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable
• Follow up on communications and collections
• Prepare invoices; process supplier and subcontractor invoices
• Data entry and payment tracking
• Administrative tasks including government remittances, lien waivers, bonds, notices, bookkeeping, and bank transactions
• Manage files related to CCQ, RBQ, and CNESST

Skills and qualifications :

• 5–10 years of relevant experience (required)
• DEP or DEC in Accounting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Sage 50 (required)
• Bilingualism (an asset)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and people-oriented
• Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset)
