SAP S / 4 HANA FICO Trainer

We are looking for a skilled SAP S / 4 HANA FICO Trainer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in North York. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design and deliver comprehensive training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in process improvement and re-engineering within healthcare and social assistance industries.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement role-specific training and materials for various areas of SAP S / 4HANA, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Project System, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Order Accounting, Bank and Cash Management (Treasury), Funds and Grants Management, custom processes, and internal reporting tools
• Prepare and customize training content that is tailored to the specific needs of functional areas and roles (including documentation, presentations, e-learning modules, and user guides).Collaborate with project teams to understand business processes and system functionalities to align training content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals and ERP system requirements.
• Utilize CRM and ERP solutions to streamline training processes and enhance user engagement.
• Create and maintain high-quality training materials, including documentation, user guides, and presentations.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness.
• Provide post-training support, addressing user queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance overall training delivery and system utilization.
• Work closely with the Organizational Change Manager to ensure training aligns with communication and change strategies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and assessment tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S / 4 HANA FICO training or related roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA Finance sub-modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Treasury, Bank and Cash Management)
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training sessions for large-scale SAP implementation projects
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with exceptional presentation and instructional design skills able to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner
• Experience creating and managing high-quality training materials.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and align training objectives with business needs.
