This is a permanent full-time position., Monday to Friday!

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance mechanical work.
• Inspect school purpose vehicles for operational issues, diagnose and repair deficiencies.
• Inspections, repairs and maintenance on school purpose mini-buses and mini-vans.
• Ability to diagnose and knowledge of diagnostic tools an asset.
• Complete mechanical maintenance reports and work orders.
• Prepare parts lists required to complete repairs.
• All related tasks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of diesel mechanics an asset.
• Valid S License or valid T License
• Knowledge of hydraulic brakes.
• High school education or equivalent
• Valid “G” Drivers Licence
• Computer experience is an asset
• Basic set of hand tools; screw drivers, metric and SAE: wrenches & 3/8 & 1/2 socket set
