Location : Scarborough ON

Pay Rate : $19.50 per hour

Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (may extend to 5 : 30 PM as required)

Employment Type : Full-time On-site

Tasks

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person.
• Provide detailed information about products and services offered by the company.
• Process customer orders accurately and manage customer accounts efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with production design and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Offer technical guidance related to label printing processes when needed.
• Track document and report customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
