Assembly Production Associate

Our client, located near the Schaumburg area in Ontario, is a world-class manufacturing facility seeking temporary staff with the opportunity to transition into full-time permanent positions with excellent benefits upon hire.

Position: Assembly Production Associate
Wage: $19–$20 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Load and unload bins containing parts.

• Assemble smaller components onto larger assemblies.

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.

• Identify and report defective materials to the Lead Associate or Supervisor.

• Perform machine operation checks and safety inspections at prescribed intervals.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S standards.

• Adhere to all company safety requirements, including the use of PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, weld sleeves) and safe job practices.

• Read and understand operational standards and job instructions.

• Use basic hand and power tools as required.

• Stand for extended periods of time.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.

• Manage multiple tasks while meeting production targets.
