Job descriptionYou are able to lift up to 23 kg You are a multitasker who can juggle priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment You pay extra attention to details and have excellent hand-eye coordination You can make sound and safe judgment You have 3-5 years of relevant experience You have Red Seal Millwright certification You have excellent mathematical and mechanical skills You have great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Experience and / or education in lean manufacturing; Six Sigma Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions Install, align, take apart, and move stationary industrial machinery / mechanical equipment using appropriate tools Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery Other duties as assigned You can work flexible shifts, as the job requires Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and tractors, to position machinery during installation, set-up and repair Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks, conveyors, furnaces and generators according to layout plans using hand and power tools Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand and power tools and welding equipment Other duties as assigned Opportunities for career growth and development Competitive Healthcare Benefits Package Profit Sharing and RRSP Matching Free delicious and healthy bread Fresh organic fruit delivered weekly Fitness incentive fund to help you thrive Friendly and supportive work environment and an ambitious team Discounts at our retail store with a great selection of healthy organic products Company social events focused around health, great tasting food and getting together as a team

Position : Millwright Journeyman – Maintenance Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for a Millwright Journeyman to join our Maintenance team! Our Millwright will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on the production line.
You will be a great fit if you are a friendly and hardworking team player who is eager to take on new challenges! This role is physically demanding as you will be lifting, moving, and handling large parts of equipment for the bulk of your job. However, this gives you the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment where your work has a direct and positive impact on how we create our products!
