Mission

Reporting to the After‑Sales Service National Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the service department.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians on the road and track work in progress
• Follow‑up and schedule periodic interviews with direct clients
• Manage and promote service agreements (service overview, appointment scheduling, data entry, letters, etc.)
• Making calls to qualify leads and schedule courtesy visits
• Open and close work orders and submit information for billing
• Perform various administrative tasks (statistics, register maintenance, etc.)
• All other related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience from 1 to 3 years
• Excellent knowledge of French and English spoken and written
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
