Overview

BIG Acton is expanding its Life Insurance team and we are looking for high-performing LLQP-licensed advisors who want more than just a job. Here you build a business within a business, supported by modern technology, strong leadership, and a commission structure designed for serious earners.

Your Role

Advise clients on Life, Critical Illness, Disability, and investment-linked solutions
Use BIG’s digital tools, quoting systems, and automated lead management platform
Build your own pipeline through prospecting, relationship management, and cross-selling
Provide compliant, professional guidance and deliver exceptional client service
Strengthen retention through proactive reviews and personalized financial recommendations

Requirements

Valid LLQP License

Minimum 2 years of life insurance sales experience in Canada

Strong prospecting and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Self-driven with a growth mindset
