- A driven sales professional with 3–5 years of B2B experience and a track record of exceeding targets
- Passionate about building strong customer relationships and understanding their unique business needs
- A confident communicator who thrives in independent, fast-paced environments

- Proven success managing key accounts and driving sales growth
- Exceptional selling and training skills that influence and inspire

- Experience with project management and using data to inform decisions
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan using insights and analyticsBuild and maintain loyal relationships with key accountsManage sales of our injectable portfolio and, where applicable, skincare lineDeliver engaging, compliant, and tailored sales presentationsDemonstrate deep product and competitive knowledgeEnsure timely completion of CRM updates, expense reports, training, and sample trackingUphold all compliance protocolsCollaborate cross-functionally with the Aesthetics team to align on goals and maximize performanceWhat’s in it for you?
