Job Description

Our client a trusted and reputable employer is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their Payroll Department on a contract basis in Dartmouth NS . This is a six-month contract with strong potential to extend and offers a hybrid work schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for a junior-level administrative professional who is highly accurate comfortable working with numbers and proficient in Excel. Key Responsibilities for the Job :

• Data entry and administrative support for payroll processing
• Preparing reviewing and balancing payroll-related reports
• Drafting and reviewing documents with a strong focus on accuracy and error detection
• Enrolling employees into payroll and benefits systems
• Supporting payroll processes related to benefits and deductions
• Working within multiple systems while maintaining confidentiality and compliance
