Lead falls prevention classes in person keeping clients living at home with functional exercises.

What you’ll be doing

• The responsibilities and duties for a senior fitness instructor includes obtaining a relevant Seniors Fitness Instructor course which ONE CARE assists in obtaining.
• Instructors demonstrate knowledge and skills to lead safe and effective exercise programs for older adults.
• Additionally, attending ongoing training or refresher courses annually is required.
