With more than 5,000 donation bins and a home‑pick‑up service in 2,500 communities (excluding Quebec), we collect gently used clothing and household items to raise funds for Diabetes Canada. Each year, we divert over 100 million pounds of clothing and household items from landfill sites.

About the Drop Box Attendant Role

As an Independent Contractor, you will focus on collecting and storing recycled textiles and small household items from Diabetes Canada donation bins throughout the community, complete household collection routes, and deliver production quota to our partner in Brandon, MB.

Compensation

Approximately $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on service and production volumes. Income can fluctuate based on location, seasonality, and maintenance requirements. Hours are flexible, but you must be available to attend a site within 24 hours if it needs servicing.
