Controller

Expertise in integrated planning and financial and capital management needed

Use your experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to perform complex business analysis and evaluate forecasts. You’ll mentor others while leveraging integrated, model-driven processes to find solutions and support decision-making

What you’ll do :

Prepare and distribute analytics and reports targeted to senior management

Analyze our operating environment

Make recommendations on adjusting data quality, structure and adequacy to better meet analytic requirements

Provide domain-specific insights to other business units

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Build and maintain consulting relationships with key leaders

Provide technical training and mentorship to team members

What you’ll need :

A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or computer science and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Advanced research, analysis and problem-solving skills

In-depth understanding of statistics, mathematics or data configuration

Knowledge of data manipulation and management tools; mastery of visualization tools
