What You’ll Do

• Own the phone! Handle a high volume of warm leads through inbound and outbound calls, turning potential into reality.
• Be the expert: You’ll master our life insurance products, turning complex information into simple, tailored solutions for clients.
• Build lasting relationships: Connect with clients, understand their needs, and be their go-to for life insurance advice.
• Hit your targets, crush your goals: You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where success is celebrated, and exceeding targets is part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain an LLQP license (with fully paid training and support).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• No life insurance sales experience required!
• Proven experience Customer service or sales will set you up for success

Base Salary Range: $36,000 - $60,000
