Job Title : Full Time Sales Associate

Reports To : Store Manager

Location : Woodgrove Shopping Centre, Nanaimo BC

Salary : $17.85 / hr + commission

Requirements : 32-40hr / week availability

About WOW! mobile boutique — We provide a personalized wireless retail experience, representing Canada’s top wireless carriers. Our team focuses on a customer-centric approach with unbiased advice and a broad selection of devices and accessories.

What you will accomplish :

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process
• Network consistently to create and maintain a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate awareness in a mall environment as an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise with personalized, unbiased advice
• Achieve key business metrics and provide a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in coaching conversations and manage inventory receipt, signing, and security
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks (e.g., opening & closing the kiosk)
• Complete required training modules and stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow policies and procedures with integrity
• Manage cash, POS, and inventory systems
• Availability to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Handle multiple priorities with urgency and adapt to a fast-paced environment
