Job Description

The Inside Sales Rep engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and / or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and / or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Inside Sales Rep, you’ll :

• Receive inbound calls from customers inquiring about their services; will identify their specific needs and provide information on subscription services that offer the most value to them
• Upsell subscription services as they apply to customer needs and meet sales targets
• Website navigation / referring them to published materials, secondary sources. Assistance with the GPS Navigating system.
