Sr. Business Analyst to carry out requirements gathering for a ServiceNow project

Our municipal client is looking for a  Sr. Business Analyst to carry out requirements gathering for a ServiceNow project .

Tasks include :

• Carry out requirements gathering, documenting functional requirements as workable tasks
• Contribute to teams in both waterfall and agile environments
• Contribute to gathering and documenting functional requirements, using epics, user stories, sprints, etc.
• Schedule follow-ups with various lines of business in requirements gathering process
• Contribute to technical analysis, interacting with developers and technical teams
• Bridge gaps between functional lines of business and technical teams and support understanding through testing efforts

Work mode : Remote, would prefer candidates in the Ottawa region
