Quality Assurance Engineer

To help us build functional systems that allow us to continue our journey we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer. Responsibilities :

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications ensuring all areas (desktop mobile and cross-browser) are thoroughly covered.
• Conduct manual and automated testing across various browsers (Chrome Safari Edge)and devices (desktop tablet mobile) to ensure compatibility consistency and functionality.
• Perform functional testing to ensure that features meet product requirements and userneeds.
• Test UI / UX to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience across platforms and devices providing feedback for design improvements.
• Perform performance and security testing to validate application stability efficiency and data protection under different conditions.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman apiDoc to validate the integrity and functionality of backend services.
• Identify document and track defects in the bug tracking system (e.g. JIRA) ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with developers.
• Develop execute and maintain a comprehensive regression test suite to ensure consistent coverage of core application functionality across release.
• Contribute to building and enhancing automated test suites leveraging appropriate framework and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort over time.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes methodologies and tools suggesting improvements to boost testing efficiency.
• Provide detailed and well-structured documentation for test plans test cases test results and defect reports.
• Create and maintain clear structured product documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development product UX / UI) to understand project requirements and provide insights on potential issues or improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives contributing actively to sprint goals and feedback.
